If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have a full 365-days from the date of shipment to request a refund (click here to contact us). After receiving your request, we will email you a FREE pre-paid return label. Some limitations apply, please read terms and conditions below.
Refund Policy Terms & Conditions
You may be required to return some or all of the products to receive a refund. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days of receipt of your returned products.
Exclusions are below:
- We do not issue refunds for purchases outside the U.S.
- Any shipping fees paid are not refundable. Any discounts applied to the order will be deducted from the refund issued.
- Refunds will not be issued for products that have not been purchased directly from LiveDurable.com.
- In the event an order has been mailed back to us without using the provided pre-paid return label (i.e. the customer decided to pay for their own return shipping label), the return shipping postage fees may not be eligible for a refund.
- While our refund policy is lenient, we reserve the right to deny a refund and/or issue a credit in place of a refund if we determine that our policy is being abused.
