One of our highest priorities is to make sure that you're happy and have the best experience possible with our company and our products.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have a full 365-days from the date of shipment to request a refund. After receiving your request, we will email you a FREE pre-paid return label. Some limitations apply, please read terms and conditions below.


Refund Policy Terms & Conditions

You may be required to return some or all of the products ordered to receive a refund. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned products.

Important Terms and Conditions:

  • We do not issue refunds for purchases outside the US.

  • Any discounts applied to the order will be deducted from the refund issued.

  • Refunds cannot issued for products that have not been purchased directly from Durable.

  • In the event an order has been mailed back to us without a pre-paid return label, the postage fees paid to return product is not eligible for a refund. 

  • While our refund policy is lenient, we reserve the right to deny a refund, issue a partial refund and/or issue a credit in place of a refund if we determine that our policy is being abused. 

  • No returns, refunds or credits will be issued to wholesalers and resellers (either authorized or unauthorized) under any condition at Durable's sole discretion.
