That's why 75% of orders are shipped same business day!

Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail (depending on weight and distance) out of our Fulfillment Center in the Washington, DC area.

Over 95% of orders are received by customers within 3-5 days.

How much is shipping?

We like to keep it simple! We offer $5.95 flat rate shipping for orders under $99. For orders over $99, your shipping is free!

Do you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the U.S. 

How do I know if my order has shipped and how do I track it?

You will receive an email with a tracking number the day your order ships. If you signed up for SMS updates, we will also send you a text.

Also, you can always login to My Account to check your order status or Contact Customer Care.

Am I eligible for free shipping?

Any order over $99 is eligible for free shipping! Also, select promotions feature free shipping. Make sure you are signed up for our email list! See the sign up box in the bottom right corner of our website.
