Works great, especially to help me fall back asleep at 61 years of age.

I have tried many sleep products. I love Durable Sleep. Even if I wake during the night I am able to fall asleep quickly instead of lying awake for hours to fall asleep. It helps me get a really good night sleep. Also when I awake in the morning I don't feel drowsy unlike many other sleep products that make you sluggish and drowsy when you awake.

Like most people, as I have aged, sleeping through the night has become more difficult. While the Durable Sleep supplement is not a "miracle cure", it does seem to help me get into deeper sleep when I take it along with doing the other things I've learned ... like not eating after 8 pm, getting exercise, etc.
