Refer-a-Friend Terms & Conditions
As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Durables’ Terms of Service and Durables’ Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Durables’ Refer-a-Friend program:
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to Durable's Refer-a-Friend program ("Program"). Both existing Durable customers ("Referrers") and new Durable customers ("Referees") agree to these Terms by participating in the Program.
Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a first-time purchase made at https://livedurable.com/ by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website and places an order using their referral coupon code. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. Referrer cannot refer themselves to earn a Reward Coupon, and purchases by Referred Customers who share Referrer’s email address, billing address or shipping information may not qualify for a Reward Coupon.
Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must use their unique referral coupon code which will be provided to them via email once their email address has been provided and make their first purchase at https://livedurable.com.
Reward Coupons. Referral Rewards are issued as Reward Coupons. Reward Coupons have no cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, transferred, reproduced or redeemed for cash or any other form of credit. Gift cards, shipping & handling, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and discount cannot be applied to such items. No adjustments on previous purchases, and purchases made with this offer are not eligible for a price adjustment. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Offer subject to change or cancellation at any time.
Referred Customer Coupon. Gift cards, shipping & handling, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward minimum purchase requirements and discount cannot be applied to such items. No adjustments on previous purchases, and purchases made with this offer are not eligible for a price adjustment. Limit one code per new customer. Valid for one-time use only. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Offer subject to change or cancellation at any time.
Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Durables’ Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Durables’ sole discretion.
No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws (ie CAN-SPAM, CASL). For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Durables’ Refer-a-Friend program.
Right to Close Accounts. Durable reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Durables' Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Durable reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program at any time and without notice in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
